L’Étude de Maître GBANE Habiba, Notaire, a été instituée à la suite de sa nomination en qualité de Notaire, Titulaire du 137ème Office Notarial d’Abidjan-Plateau, par Arrêté n°014/MJDH/DSJRH du 14 janvier 2021, pris par Monsieur le Garde des Sceaux, Ministre de la Justice et des Droits de l’Homme.
Titulaire d’un Master II en Droit patrimonial et immobilier obtenu à l’Université Paris Cité – Sorbonne en 2014, Maître GBANE Habiba est admise à l’examen professionnel de Notaire de la République de Côte d’Ivoire, promotion 2021. Elle prête serment le 8 mars de la même année et installe son Étude à Abidjan, Cocody, dans le quartier des Deux Plateaux, où elle exerce aujourd’hui.
Alliant rigueur juridique et proximité avec ses clients, Maître GBANE Habiba met son expertise en droit patrimonial et immobilier au service des particuliers, entreprises et institutions, pour les accompagner avec professionnalisme dans leurs actes et projets les plus importants.

The Law Office of Maître GBANE Habiba, Notary, was established following her appointment as Notary, Holder of the 137th Notarial Office of Abidjan-Plateau, by Decree No. 014/MJDH/DSJRH of January 14, 2021, issued by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.
A graduate with a Master’s degree (Master II) in Property and Real Estate Law from Université Paris Cité – Sorbonne (2014), Maître GBANE Habiba passed the professional Notary examination of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, class of 2021. She was sworn in on March 8 of that same year and established her office in Abidjan, Cocody, in the Deux Plateaux district, where she practices today.
